Lkz8 Terms & Conditions – Official Platform Usage Terms

In this lkz8 Terms & Conditions document, certain key terms are used with specific meanings. "Platform" refers to the lkz8 website accessible at lkz8.best, including all mobile applications, online services, and features provided by lkz8. "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the lkz8 platform. "Services" refers to all products offered by lkz8, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Jackpot, e-sports, and all other game categories available on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of a Member's use of the lkz8 platform, including but not limited to account registration, depositing funds, withdrawing winnings, use of bonuses and promotions, participation in games and betting, and all communications between Members and lkz8. These Terms are to be read together with lkz8's Privacy Policy and lkz8's Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overarching agreement between Members and lkz8.

To be eligible to register and use the lkz8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout continued use of the lkz8 platform.
• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents who are physically located in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Has never previously been banned or blocked by lkz8 for any breach of terms.
• Act on your own behalf and not as a proxy or agent for any third party.
• Not currently subject to an active self-exclusion on any gaming platform.

Lkz8 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or location at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure. Any winnings obtained by a member found to be ineligible will be rendered void and may be forfeited by lkz8.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) lkz8 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of lkz8's Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information. This includes your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a strong password. lkz8 will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to your registered mobile number for identity verification purposes.

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required prior to your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Lkz8 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. All accepted payment methods are legitimate and secure local channels:

• DuitNow QR / DuitNow Transfer

Minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. Deposits will be credited to your lkz8 account within one (1) minute of a successful payment. lkz8 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into a lkz8 account must be used for betting and gaming on the lkz8 platform only. Deposits made but not used for betting within 90 days may be subject to an account review, of which Members will be notified in advance.

Members may request a withdrawal to the same Malaysian payment method used for their deposit. Withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes once the request is approved, subject to required security checks. Withdrawals to a different bank account or e-wallet from the one used for deposit may require additional verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to your current account limits — reviewable in your account settings.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same Member's name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal or when cumulative amounts exceed the set limit.
• Lkz8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while security checks are conducted if suspicious activity is detected.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through means that violate lkz8's Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-account fraud, or promotion manipulation — will be blocked and the account in question may be closed.

Lkz8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus of up to RM300 for new members, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions for Malaysian public holidays such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Aidiladha. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions stated alongside the respective promotional offer.

General conditions that apply to all lkz8 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be credited to and used by the Member whose name matches the account — bonuses are non-transferable.
• Lkz8 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if a Member is found to be exploiting or abusing the bonus programme.
• Where there is any conflict between these general conditions and the terms of a specific bonus, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically after the specified period.

The lkz8 Sports Betting section covers more than 30 sports, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, UEFA Champions League, BWF World Tour badminton, NBA basketball, ATP/WTA tennis, IPL cricket, and many more. All bets are subject to the sports betting rules set by lkz8.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed after acceptance, except through the cash out function where available (if applicable).
• Any obvious technical errors in odds display (such as odds of 100.0 for a near-certain outcome) are not binding on lkz8, and related bets may be voided.
• Matches officially postponed or cancelled by the organising body will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy stated in the relevant game terms.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win in order to pay out. If any match within a parlay is cancelled, the bet will be recalculated excluding the cancelled match.
• Lkz8 reserves the right to limit or decline any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there are doubts about the integrity of a match.

Lkz8's in-play betting feature allows Members to place bets while a match is in progress. In-play odds are updated continuously and all final results are definitive. lkz8 is not responsible for any delays in bet submission arising from connectivity issues on the Member's end.

The lkz8 Live Casino platform offers a wide range of games including roulette (European, American, Lightning, Immersive), baccarat, blackjack, and other live casino games run by professional dealers. All lkz8 Live Casino games use software and hardware certified by independent auditing bodies.

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) or physical rounds with independently verified fairness.
• Results displayed on screen are final. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game results and those recorded by the lkz8 server, the server record shall prevail.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue on lkz8's end, any incomplete rounds or hands will be voided and the wager returned to the Member.
• Abusive or inappropriate communication directed at dealers or lkz8 staff via the in-game chat function is strictly prohibited and may result in chat restrictions or account suspension.

Lkz8 is not responsible for any loss of winnings arising from a Member's own gameplay strategy decisions. All gaming risks are borne solely by the Member.

Lkz8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict or close the account of any Member who violates these Terms & Conditions. Such action may be taken immediately and without prior notice in the following cases:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Abuse of lkz8 bonuses or promotional systems.
• Fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity conducted through the platform.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate or disrupt lkz8's systems.
• Age limit violation — use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age.
• Colluding with others to exploit vulnerabilities in lkz8's games or odds system.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting lkz8 support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all security checks are completed, typically within 3 business days.

Lkz8 collects, processes and stores Members' personal data in accordance with the lkz8 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Data collected includes registration information, transaction records, platform usage data and KYC information. All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, and lkz8 fully complies with PCI-DSS data security standards.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, lkz8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Lkz8's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Lkz8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the lkz8 platform. Members will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the platform or by email to their registered address.

Continued use of the lkz8 platform after any amendment to the terms takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version.
